NeuraLog AI is a clinical research intelligence platform for physician-scientists in neurology and psychiatry, operated by Dr. Rameen Rao, MBBS, Founder and CEO, Dallas, Texas. Contact: engage@neuralogai.io
This policy applies to all visitors, researchers uploading data, design partners, and organizations submitting inquiries through the NeuraLog AI platform.
3.1 Data you provide via forms
Name, institutional email, institution name, and message text. Used only to respond to your inquiry.
3.2 Uploaded clinical notes
You are responsible for ensuring all data is de-identified before uploading.
3.3 Automatic usage data
Anonymous and aggregated, collected via Vercel Analytics. Feature events are logged with a session ID only — no personal identification.
We do not sell data. No advertising. No third-party data sharing without explicit written consent.
5.1 — No storage of uploaded files
All uploaded files are discarded immediately after processing. No clinical note content is retained on NeuraLog AI infrastructure.
5.2 — De-identification is your responsibility
Users must comply with HIPAA 45 CFR 164.514 and applicable institutional requirements before uploading any clinical material.
5.3 — De-identified data only
This platform is designed exclusively for de-identified research data. Do not upload protected health information (PHI). Institutional arrangements are governed by separate written agreements. Contact engage@neuralogai.io for institutional inquiries.
5.4 — Data sharing
NeuraLog AI does not share, sell, or license research data to any third party without explicit written consent. Any sharing requires a separate signed agreement prior to any data being shared.
No advertising networks or data brokers are used.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email engage@neuralogai.io. We will respond within 30 days.
All data in transit is protected by HTTPS encryption. While we implement reasonable technical safeguards, no system can guarantee absolute security.
NeuraLog AI is a professional platform intended for licensed physicians, researchers, and institutional staff. Use by persons under 18 is not permitted.
Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and posted at neuralogai.io/privacy.
